Our Program

We will be providing supplemental vocational training in a positive learning environment for high school grade students in the repair, maintenance and restoration of historic vehicles. They will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the best tradesmen in the industry to experience a wide variety of skills. Some of the fields being offered are:

Bodywork                              Mechanical

Welding                                  Parts Fabrication and Research

Upholstery                             Professional Detailing

Electrical                                Problem Diagnosing

Inspection

While our focus will be on transportation applications, our hope is that the participant will also acquire valuable life skills necessary for success in any endeavor:

Responsibility                        Accountability

Self-Motivation                     Time and Project Management

Higher Self Esteem               Encourage Creativity and Thinking Outside the Box

Because session size will be limited, we can offer a one-on-one program tailored to meet the needs of the individual. Each attendee will be evaluated for proficiency and recommendations will be made upon completion.

Along with the educational aspect, we will be providing scholarships to qualified applicants who wish to pursue a career in this field. There are several colleges nationwide that offer degreed programs for continued education in the field of historic vehicle preservation. Scholarships will apply towards tuition and fees, course related textbooks, supplies and equipment.

Upcoming schedules and availability will be posted on the Events page.

Please read the “How to Apply” page for additional information.
